We are pleased to announce that Nyerges & Partners successfully assisted KER TOKI Power (Toki Power), the energy trading arm of Vienna-based renewables and e-mobility investment group Renalfa Solarpro Group (Renalfa), on the acquisition of a 150 MW standalone BESS project in Romania.

We are pleased to announce that Nyerges & Partners has advised Cristian Barbu and Future Power in the sale of a three-project wind portfolio totaling 235 MW to OX2, one of the leading renewable-energy investors active in Romania. Located across Vaslui and Vrancea counties, the projects are set to reach commissioning between 2028–2030.

We are delighted to have advised Windin’ Capital Fund in relation to the acquisition of a 50% stake in a hybrid renewable energy project in Sebeș, Alba County, comprising a 67 MW photovoltaic plant and a 180 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS). When completed, this investment will represent for Windin’ Capital Fund a strategic foothold on the local energy market.
