Nyerges & Partners advised a Spanish-based international investor on the acquisition from an international developer of a 50% stake in two companies developing two wind projects totaling 389 MW in Constanța.

We are excited to share that our team successfully advised Doral Energy, an Israeli renewable energy company with a global pipeline of over 21 GWp of photovoltaic capacity and more than 23 GWh of energy storage, on negotiating and signing EPC contracts with WALDEVAR Energy for its first two photovoltaic parks in Romania, located in Brăila and Călărași counties. Together, the projects will deliver approximately 14 MWp of installed capacity with around 25,000 photovoltaic panels.

Nyerges & Partners successfully advised Jinko Power Technology Co., Ltd., a leading global clean energy company, on its entry into the Romanian market through the acquisition of a 50 MW photovoltaic plant combined with a 150 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) in Olt.

We are delighted to have advised Windin’ Capital Fund in relation to the acquisition of a 50% stake in a hybrid renewable energy project in Sebeș, Alba County, comprising a 67 MW photovoltaic plant and a 180 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS). When completed, this investment will represent for Windin’ Capital Fund a strategic foothold on the local energy market.

We are proud to have assisted R.Power Renewables in selling to Eiffel Investment Group a 49.99% stake in 127 MW / 254 MWh BESS project, as part of a new joint venture.
