Nyerges & Partners Advises Eximprod on Selling an Operational PV Project to AJ Brand

Nyerges & Partners advised Eximprod on the sale of an operational 6.4 MW solar photovoltaic power plant to AJ Brand. The project benefited from funding under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
Nyerges & Partners provided sell-side legal advice across all key phases of the project, including legal support regarding the legal due diligence performed by AJ Brand, drafting and negotiating the transaction documents, securing the FDI approval on behalf of AJ Brand, transaction closing.
The project team was coordinated by Mihaela Nyerges (Managing Partner) and Irina Moinescu (Counsel), and included Monica Cune-Ghițescu (Counsel), Mihaela Spiridon (Counsel), Carmen Drăgușin (Associate) and Emilia-Roberta Roca (Junior Associate) handling real estate and construction permitting, Adina Tănăsoiu (Senior Associate) covering corporate matters, and Larisa Nicolae (Managing Associate) managing the FDI screening.
