Nyerges & Partners Advises Spanish-based International Investor on Acquisition of 50% Stake in 389 MW Wind Portfolio
Nyerges & Partners advised a Spanish-based international investor on the acquisition from an international developer of a 50% stake in two companies developing two wind projects totaling 389 MW in Constanța.
The legal assistance covered all stages of the transaction including due diligence investigation, advice on structuring the joint-venture arrangement, drafting and negotiating a complex package of transaction documents, FDI clearance procedure, and closing activities. Nyerges & Partners continues to advise the investor on the development of these projects.
