📣We are delighted to have advised 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻’ 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱 in relation to the acquisition of a 50% stake in a hybrid renewable energy project in 𝗦𝗲𝗯𝗲𝘀, 𝗔𝗹𝗯𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘆, comprising a 𝟲𝟳 𝗠𝗪 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 and a 𝟭𝟴𝟬 𝗠𝗪𝗵 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 (𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗦). When completed, this investment will represent for Windin’ Capital Fund a strategic foothold on the local energy market.

Windin’ Capital Fund will acquire a 50% shareholding in the vehicle developing the Project, through a combination of purchase of shares and injection of Mezzanine and equity capital.
